There are a number of support options for the Applications of the DVTk Project. You can request support trough the forums of the DVTk Project. The Core Team monitors the forms closely and tries to help whenever they can. There are also a lot of other community users with knowledge about the DVTk applications and the healthcare standards.
If you encounter problems using the software and think that it is a problem you can submit a ticket through the XHelp Ticket system. The ticket will be processed and when possible we will try to solve the problem or provide a workaround.
If you would like to see a change in the software or a special feature added you can also submit a ticket. In that case it would be a change request in stead of a problem report.
Eventually you can also e-mail your questions to us by sending an e-mail to support@dvtk.org. However we prefer the open methods like the forum and ticket system since this is an open source project.
Please keep in mind that we will try to support you but that it is on a free bases and that there are no guarantees.
