I had a quick look to the DCM Editor.
I think that it fulfills a real need in DICOM testing but at this moment I'm missing some guidelines after that I downloaded the zip-file. I should expect at least a README-file that tells me: - the requirements, which version of DVTk.... - where to install/extract it - basic features - limitation
