Hi Jerin,

looking at the screen capture you added to this topic, I see (inicorrect) version numbers of the application and library that correspond with the 3.2.5 version of the DVTk Storage SCP Emulator.

  • Did you deinstall the previous version of this emulator?
  • To make sure you can do a correct install, 
    1. Deinstall any version of the Storage SCP Emulator that is present on your system;
    2. Remove the complete C:\Program Files\DVTk\Storage SCP Emulator directory;
    3. Again do an install of the latest stable Storage SCP Emulator 3.2.6.

Can you get back to us if this solved your problem?

Hi.. I un-installed and re-installed the software. But the problem remained. But when I went for windows updates and re-installing the software it worked.
