I press Echo button while i use storage SCU emulator,it shows association has released,but it showed failed to release association while i press sent button,did i make some mistake?

The problem is can't execute Query_SCU.SES successfully.

File->open->script.pdvt->Query_SCU.SES(Settings)->2ds(error);

I'm sorrt but what do you mean with this: [Machine 49 have DICOM data which surname beginning with"o"] in relation to the errors you are receiving.
Can you also provide me with the activity logging, this is the HTML Result but I would also like to see the activity logging from the Activity TAB.

[Machine 49 have DICOM data which surname beginning with"o"] means that the DICOM data should be found,because i have the data which accord with query condition of 2ds

It looks like that the system isn't finding any data and sending an empty response (no data set, only command set).
The cause of this can be a lot, but something that could be the problem is that you system is case sensitive.
To do a more deep investigation you could use the DICOM Network Sniffer And Analyzer to capture the connection and upload the capture file on the forum. We can take a closer look at the problem.

The Capture file you posted doesn't contain any DICOM Session data. Could you provide a capture file with the session data of the failing query.

The query looks ok, it just seems that the system isn't sending any results on the query. This could be beceause it didn't find any results or is misfunctioning.
The attributes that are reported in the ERROR.jpg you uploaded are not supposed to be send back in the C-FIND-RSP. This is why DVT is reporting an error on them. Altough this doesn't seem to have any relation to the not sending back any results.
