hello,
if i try import some dicom file, lot of file give me and error at emulator start: fatal error of type system.invalidcastexception! Q/R emulator support only a definied type of dicom file ? be modality ? image size or .... ? thanks

Sounds like a bug. Can you tell me what kind of files you are trying to import, or maybe send the file?

I too have been facing the same issue when I try to connect to another DVT SCU. Please find the error below: [QR_Emulator20101122102730] ----- Fatal error of type System.InvalidCastException! Fatal error description: Specified cast is not valid. ----- Extra information about the fatal error. Stack trace: at Dvtk.Dicom.InformationEntity.BaseInformationModel.StoreDataset(DataSet dataset) at Dvtk.Dicom.InformationEntity.QueryRetrieve.PatientRootInformationModel.AddToInformationModel(DataSet dataset, Boolean storeDataset) at DvtkHighLevelInterface.InformationModel.QueryRetrieveInformationModels.Add(DataSet dataset) at QR_Emulator.QREmulator.CreateQueryRetrieveInformationModels(Boolean randomizeFirst, DicomThread dicomThread) at QR_Emulator.OverviewThread.Execute() at DvtkHighLevelInterface.Dicom.Threads.DicomThread.ThreadCodeDescendantClass() Please look into it.
