I am starting with Visual Studio 2010 and want to compile the whole library. Unfortunately I am not able to compile the files without errors and a lot of warnings. Does anybody has experiences with Visual Studio 2010 and DVTk?

Question is if this is due to the fact that you use the new Visual Studio 2010 or that it is some other error.
A common issue we have is that there is a space in the path containing the source code root folder. Can you check that?
Do you still have Visual Studio 2005, maybe you can use that to verify that it is a 2010 specific issue.

The path contains no spaces and should be therefore no problem for the compiler.
Unfortunately I do not own a Visual Studio 2005.

Some of the totally 24 errors I encountered:

Against which .NET Framework are you trying to compile this. Because of some internal development we will be working on compiling against the .NET 3.5 framework so might run into these same issues.

Because I am a newbie within Visual Studio I changed nothing and tried first with the .NET 3.5 framework. Afterwards I looked around and tried with .NET 2.x but did not succeed.

Sorry, I used the framework shipping with Visual Studio 10, so it's .NET 4.0.
