Even i started working on the logo.But it seems as per Gerard's discussion we should stop it for the time being.

So what is the final decision , do we need new logo or not.

Hi ,

This is not a software bug . The Functionality is implemented in a way that , you click on the browse button , select the location where you want the Project or Session to be created.Then there in the FileName column you can fill the name of the Project or Session.

In case you still have the problem let me know I will send you some screenshots.

Hi all ,

The load mechanism of definition files in the specify Sop Class does not work properly .

If we load a new definition file by cheching a checkbox in the datagrid it gets loaded .

Issues :

But when we remove a directory the definition files that were loaded in the directory which is removed still remains in the memory. Due to which it leads to an unexpected behaviour.
Even because of that some files are not removed properly.

When we load two definition directories , if both of then have some common definition files they are loaded twice with different directory name. But they have one entry in the LoadedDefinition Variable. So not sure which file it will take.

I think we need to discuss it in details . May be during T-Com tommorrow.

Hi ,

In the DVT Alpha Version 2.1.7.004

Strange Behaviour is shown by DVT on a development and non - development machine. The below scenario is working on development machine, but not on non- developer machine.

Steps to reproduce the problem:

1.Create a new project and add a new Script session.
2. Execute a script and stop the running of script by pressing Stop Button.
3. We are not able to view the results.

PS : Marco can you please try to reproduce the problem on a non-development machine in Best.

Hi ,

Techincally there should not be any difference , as they are exactly the same sessions( With same features so if you have set the DVT Role Settings and System Under Test settings same in both the cases it should behave same.)

Try Comparing those , if still it does not help , send us some more info so that we can try to reproduce the problem.
