Hi,
I installed DCM Viewer and Validator. But When I open the dcm file, it throws an exception which says "Could not find file 'C:\Program Files\DVTk\DCM Viewer and Validator\Detail_001_MR-MONO2-8-16x-heart_DCM_res.xml'".

Can you please go for Windows update. I faced similar kind of problem. But when I went for Windows updates it got solved.

I un-installed and re-installed the software. But the problem remained. But when I went for windows updates and re-installing the software it worked.
